A year of remote working went great
Just like everybody else, when we moved to our home offices year ago, we never thought we were going to stay there forever. In the past 365 days we learned to be more organized, to stay in touch with each other - and to stay clear from the fridge.
In February 2021 we asked our engineers whether they wanted to get back in the office or they came to like working from home. Surprisingly, many of us who had never been a fan or remote work grew fond of it.
So current situation became a land of opportunities for us. We decided to let all our employees work any way they please. When Covid-19 becomes a thing from the past, some will choose their home offices, others will return to their regular desks - as our poll shows, it's basically 50/50.
