We congratulate VSK Company with the award ‘for achievement in the field of online loss resolution’

The distance service of loss resolution on CASCO (comprehensive car insurance) in the mobile application of VSK Insurance Company had given the award at the Forum of insurance innovations 'Innoins-2020’. VSK and True Engineering teams realized this service in the mobile app in April of 2020.

A long time ago, VSK had chosen the route of digitization and digital transformation. Since 2017, True Engineering together with the specialists of VSK Insurance Company have been developing digital products, which provide clients with direct access to the company’s insurance products, wherever they may be. Because of it the company’s products and services had been already adopted to rapid changes that defined the new client experience in the period of moving towards the global self-isolation model and active using the distance services, gained the obvious competitive advantages.

Today VSK clients resolve 25% of all insurance cases in online mode. The company estimates that by the end of 2020 clients will resolve 50% insurance cases on CASCO in online mode and the average monthly number of active users of the mobile app will increase more than 45%

The mobile app ‘VSK Insurance’ is oriented not only on the distance sales but also on the full cycle of pre-sales services, including the loss resolution. By the mobile app, VSK clients can calculate, purchase, or prolong CASCO policies, insure the property, health, issue the policy for protection when traveling across Russia and abroad. The data about all policies, purchased via Internet store or VSK offices, are also available in the mobile app.
