The remote claims settlement service appeared in the IngoMobile app in 2018. First we implemented the scenario of filing an insured event under hull policies which was followed by the individual property insurance. In 2020 the app allowed users to settle MTPL losses.
The share of losses filed by Ingosstrakh clients through our application is constantly growing. According to statistics for 2021, every fourth settlement of hull insurance goes through IngoMobile, and in the settlement of losses on property of individuals, the share of the application is even higher - more than 35%.
